FAQs
Q:How far do you deliver?
A: We currently deliver to: Bay Village, Westlake, Rocky River, Avon, Avon Lake, and North Olmsted
Q:Do you require a deposit?
A: Most installs require a 50% deposit to secure booking, all pick up orders are based on complexity of order.
Q:How long do balloons last?
A: Air filled balloons have days even weeks of life. Helium will give you around 7 hours to 24 hours (with hi-float which is an additional charge)
Q:Can you match my theme?
A: Color matching is possible with enough time. We can match colors and characters to the best of our ability with enough notice.
Q:Do you install everything?
A: Full installation is a service we provide but it is optional. An additional cost is added to the final bill for full installs and teardowns.
Q:How much notice do I need?
A: We recommend for bigger installs at least 2 weeks notice. For color matching and themed events we appreciate 3-4 weeks notice. We are able to install with short notice but please be aware that some colors and themed options may not be available.
